Since 2011, Shwe Sa Bwe has been a premier restaurant and hospitality training center in Yangon, Myanmar, empowering young nationals through free training in culinary and service professions. Each year, we support students from rural and underprivileged backgrounds with an 11-month program that equips them for sustainable careers in hospitality.
Our program includes uniforms, medical assistance, housing, meals, a monthly stipend, and weekly English and life skills classes. Students gain hands-on experience in culinary, bakery, and service roles under the supervision of experienced instructors and second-year students. Advanced training in management prepares graduates for leadership roles.
